Who is totomellett?
Patricia Mellett has been trading as 'Toto Mellett' since 1994. Originally a stall holder at London's Ealing Market, Patricia was also a member of 'Talents' in Greenwich Market. Toto Mellett is probably best known for its little blue shop in Berkhamsted High Street where Patricia traded until February 2004. Since then Patricia has moved the business to the internet as 'totomellett.com' which is now in its fourth year. We hope you like it! How to place an order On line To place an order on line click on the "Add to Basket" button which appears below the item you'd like to order, the item will be placed into your shopping basket or 'cart'. You can see and edit the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button at the top of each page. Each time you click on "Add to Basket" that item is added to your basket. If you'd like to order more than one of the same item, got to your shopping basket and edit your order. When you are ready to place your order, you can proceed to the checkout. At the checkout you can pay either using your PAYPAL account if you have one, or your credit or debit card. Our payments system is managed by PAYPAL and is very secure. If you pay on line we do not hold or even see your credit card details. By telephone We can also take your order by telephone. If you'd like to order in this way, please make a note of the items you'd like to order and call us on 07939128876. Descriptions & Pictures Please note that the things on this site are individually made and, as such, their colour and size may vary slightly from the pictures shown. Privacy Policy If you pay using our PAYPAL service, at no time do we hold your credit card details on our system. totomellett retains your contact details for our future reference only. Under no circumstances is this information shared with any third party by totomellett. Security If you order on line, totomellett uses PAYPAL to ensure security of your payment information. If you pay by credit card over the phone, we do not store your credit card details on our computers at any time. Delivery Items which are in stock are normally packed and shipped within 2-3 working days of ordering and standard UK delivery is normally within 3-5 working days of posting. Many of our items are, however, made to order. If you item has to be made for you, dispatch may take up to 28 days. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know when to expect delivery. Please note that larger or fragile items (particularly large mirrors) may need to collected from totomellett (we are based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire) to avoid breakages. We may also be able to deliver in person to locations within 50 miles of Leighton Buzzard.
